On Whisky Sour Day, we brought out the cheeky and unconventional bartender in you for a tantalizing Monkey Jam Sour with Monkey Shoulder. Its fruity aromas and mellow vanilla notes make it the perfect scotch whisky to experiment with your sweet and sour cravings. MONKEY JAM SOUR
50 ml Monkey Shoulder
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
5 ml Sugar Syrup (1:1)
2 tsp Jam
2 dash Orange bitters
Soda Water (Optional)
Add all ingredients to shaker. Add fresh ice and shake it like a legend. Strain into ice filled glass. Top with soda water if you fancy.

60 ml Grant’s Distinction
30 ml Green Apple Syrup
30 ml Lime Juice
1 Egg white
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake, add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a rock glass or coupe. Garnish with a slice of green apple.

A luxury and fashion journalist with 25 years of experience in publishing and magazine journalism, I have edited some of India’s top fashion and luxury magazines. I got my BA in Comparative Literature from UC Berkeley, and went on to receive my Master’s in English and French from the University of Strasbourg, France. I have also studied German and Film.
