Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon stars in Swarovski’s latest Collection II campaign, embodying effortless decadence for the brand’s Dulcis Family jewellery line.

Who’s that girl? Swarovski proudly announces Madonna’s daughter 24-year-old Lourdes Leon for the upcoming Collection II campaign. Collection II and the campaign serve as a platform for representation of people from all cultures and orientations. The Swarovski Wonderlab, a place where science and magic meet, will be expanded by new Collection pieces and faces – all set to ignite dreams around the world. Model, Actress, Linguist, Academic, Activist, Lourdes personifies the spirit of Swarovski.

Lourdes sports a turquoise scarf top, and low-rise jeans, and is wearing a long chain and pendant as well as a belly chain. It appears she’s setting the early 2000s trend back on track for the season, with a look that is gaining traction among celebs. Her Swarovski campaign appears after a shoot for Vogue. Lourdes has also modelled for Marc Jacobs and Jean-Paul Gaultier.

Dulcis Family is the range of pop-art inspired, softly rounded jewellery pieces by Swarovski, seen through a Modern Art lens, bringing full spectrum sweetness to cushioned designs.

My aim is to bring my world view into this website, a curation of what I find particularly stunning, unique, and newsworthy.

A bit about me:
A luxury and fashion journalist with 25 years of experience in publishing and magazine journalism, I have edited some of India’s top fashion and luxury magazines. I got my BA in Comparative Literature from UC Berkeley, and went on to receive my Master’s in English and French from the University of Strasbourg, France. I have also studied German and Film. I live in Gurugram, India, and look forward to once again exploring our world with a new-found freedom.
